為(wèi)了(le)了(le)解公司旗下(xià)>&≠>不(bù)同地(dì)區(qū)園所的(de)各方面情況，★♦ ∞加強集團化(huà)管理(lǐ)，以便更好(hǎo)的(de)提升園所α✘的(de)辦園質量，2017年(nián)11月(yuè)13日(rì)至14日(rì←‍)世紀瑞晨市(shì)場(chǎng)總監兼總園長(chá&™←αng)肖淑彥、教學部總督學趙金(jīn)歐、人(≠Ωrén)力資源總監馬月(yuè)紅(hónβ ↑γg)、教研中心鐘(zhōng)秋瑜及北(běi)京宋慶齡幼兒(ér•↔λ)園保教主任王麗(lì)莉一(yī)行(xíng)5人(ré®<<‍n)來(lái)到(dào)蘇州宋慶齡幼兒(≈ ér)園進行(xíng)分(fēn)享與交流。

與園所教師(shī)座談，教師(s¶§hī)暢所欲言，從(cóng)不(bù)同角度表達σ↕了(le)對(duì)工(gōng)作(zuò)的(de)熱(rè)忱及對€®¥÷(duì)幼教事(shì)業(yè)的(de)熱(rè)愛(ài)。

為(wèi)了(le)能(néng)進一(yī)步了(le)≠<✔✔解幼兒(ér)園的(de)的(de)教學情況，在王珊珊老(lǎo)師(shī)的(de)陪同下(x→©±ià)觀摩了(le)國(guó)際班的(de)✘∑©♦半日(rì)活動，班級活動的(de)組織安排科(kē)學合理(lǐ)，站(zhàn)位清晰。英文​<ε₩(wén)教學活動的(de)設計(jì)遊戲化(huà)，組織環節©€±§流暢，幼兒(ér)興趣高(gāo)，課堂氣氛活躍。活動結束後， ✘πγ趙金(jīn)歐老(lǎo)師(shī)針對(duì)此次觀摩與保教主任和(hé)‍€×✘老(lǎo)師(shī)進行(xíng)了(le)溝通(tōng)指導。

In order to further understand thσ↕e teaching situation of kindergarten, acco®®mpanied by teacher Wan₹↑g Shanshan, we observed the half day acti£" εvities of international class. The a  ₩rrangement of class activ'§ities was scientific and reasonable, and theiβ↑₹r standing position was clear. ♣'The design of English teaching activit€ ies is game oriented smooth o‌₩rganization. The children have great interest ©πand the classroom atmosphere i<∞★s active. After the event, Ms∏☆↑. Zhao Jinou and Ms. Wang Shanshan♥​β£ communicated with each other and share‍±♥‌ the opinions.
